News, and ... other news

I've been working hard on the latest Wolf book, which is tentatively called The Pack.

The premise is that Wolf and Lauren are days from marriage, the reception tent has been erected on the front meadow, friends and relatives are in town, Rachette is masterminding bachelor activities, and Wolf's world is generally steeped in anticipation. And then a car with blood smeared on the steering wheel shows up outside Wolf's house.

Inside he finds Kristen Luke lying in the shower--bloodied, injured, and emaciated. But when she wakes, she can't remember what happened to her, or why she is 1,200 miles from her new Seattle field office.

And so begins a heck of a lot of trouble for Wolf.

The Peter Blake Series Book:

A month or so back I closed the file on that one, threw the computer against the wall, gave it a flying elbow drop, dusted it off, opened up a new file, and have been working on "The Pack" ever since. I'll get back to it. Probably. I'm beginning to think it's not meant to be, but I'll probably give it another go, and then move on to something else if I have to.

Audio Books:

I now have 6 audio books fully produced and for sale. Sean has finished the 7th (To the Bone) and it will be available on Audible and Amazon shortly.

  1. So looking forward to your new book in the David Wolf series!!! Can't wait until it comes out. This is one of my favorite series of books as they have very likeable characters, great storylines, and are an easy read. They keep me interested throughout, am sad when they are done and then am found looking around for another one to read. Great stories!

  2. Jeff,

I've purchased and very much enjoyed reading all of your David Wolf book series published to date and I'm really looking forward to reading The Pack. I appreciate your writing style and your character development is great. I count you among the few authors that I am willing to pre-order books from; keep up the good work!

  4. I sat and read 1-3 in a 24 hour period time line. Love the books about David Wolf. I am finishing up with number 8 now and looking forward to the other two. It doesn't let me get a lot of sleep; but can't put them down. Don't know what to read after I get them done. May start them all over again.

  5. Jeff, I have really enjoyed the Wolf Series. I;m on book 9 currently. I believe either a Luke or Patterson series would be nice. Maybe a 3 part series for Patterson and a 5 book or more for Luke could be a good monotony breaker between Wolf books. (Like the way the Prey Series had the Flowers in between and the Bosch Series has had Haller) Simply because some of the books have similar flows. Maybe after the Wolf Series you could consider a Ella Coulter Series. I am truly glad to have found your books. thanks for keeping me up late at night!

      We'll see.
